Serving size first

An amount “per serving” may require more than one capsule. Also check servings per container when comparing price.

Individual amounts vs proprietary blends

When individual amounts are disclosed, you can compare them with research and competing labels. A proprietary blend may disclose a total blend weight without telling you the amount of every ingredient.

Claims are not the same as outcomes

Words such as “supports” or “promotes” do not establish that a supplement treats disease. Look for the evidence behind the exact claim and exact formulation.
